How to Care for It

Wash by hand using lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent. Do not leave the cutting board soaking in water.

Dry immediately with a cloth and allow it to finish drying in an upright position.

Do not wash in the dishwasher and keep away from direct heat sources. From time to time, the wood can be nourished with a suitable food-safe wood oil.
